PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

    1. Personal data is collected only in connection with the company’s activities. In particular, through business contacts, audits of customers and suppliers, recruitment, forwarding of goods, contact with the customer service office, etc.
  4. Type of personal data processed necessary for:
    1. concluding and implementing contracts between us,
    2. performance of the duties of the Business Information Center Sp. z o. o. provided for by law regarding sales documents
    3. protection of rights regarding claims of Centrum Informacji Biznesu Sp. z o. o. in accordance with the provisions of law,
    4. conclusion of employment contracts and civil law contracts
  5. Purpose of data processing
    1. Your personal data are processed by the Administrator in order to perform the concluded contract, in particular:
      1. Contact with the client
        1. Order handling
        2. Accepting suggestions.
        3. Complaint handling.
      2. Conducting marketing activities.
      3. Contact for purposes related to permitted marketing activities, through available communication channels, in particular and with the customer’s consent – by e-mail and/or telephone.
    2. Personal data will also be processed for purposes arising from separate legal provisions, including: tax and accounting purposes.
    3. Due to the legitimate interest of Centrum Informacji Biznesu Sp. z o. o. personal data is also processed for the purpose of:
      1. Ensure sales of our products.
      2. Handling contacts with the service department, also when they are not related to the implementation of the contract.
      3. Data archiving.
      4. Achieving goals aimed at ensuring the safety of people, property and the product.
      5. Conclusion of employment contracts and civil law contracts.
  6. Transfer of personal data
    1. Personal data will be processed only by Centrum Informacji Biznesu Sp. z o. o. and by selected technological partners (such as: entities conducting postal, courier and forwarding activities, banks, entities operating our ICT systems, entities providing legal and tax assistance services, entities dealing with electronic exchange and archiving of documents, entities insuring our receivables and conducting debt collection activities and other entities providing services aimed at implementing the legally justified interests of Centrum Informacji Biznesu Sp. z o. o. companies).
    2. Processing of personal data by technological partners of Centrum Informacji Biznesu Sp. z o. o. is carried out on the basis of an agreement ensuring compliance of the processing conditions with the Personal Data Protection Regulation.
    3. Personal data may be transferred to public authorities authorized to obtain them also on the basis of separate regulations (e.g. Police, Prosecutor’s Office, Customs and Tax Offices, etc.).
    4. Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
  7. Personal data processing time
    1. Personal data will be processed until the consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn, and after such withdrawal, for the period of limitation of claims due to and against the data controller.
    2. The administrator has the right to process personal data for security purposes, preventing fraud and extortion, as well as for statistical and analytical purposes for a period of up to 10 years from the end of the contract.
    3. If it results from separate legal provisions (e.g. Accounting Act, Tax Ordinance), personal data will be stored for the period required by the mentioned provisions in order to meet the legal requirements of these provisions.
  8. Automated processing and profiling
    1. Personal data is not processed in an automated manner, including through profiling in order to adjust the website content to personal preferences and interests
  9. Your rights regarding your own personal data.
    1. Everyone has the right to:
      1. Access to personal data relating to him, including obtaining a copy of personal data subject to processing. The right to obtain a copy must not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
      2. Correcting and supplementing data if it is found to be incorrect or out of date.
      3. Data deletion.
      4. Restrictions on their processing in the following cases:
        1. The accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
        2. The processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use.
        3. The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but they are needed by the data subject to establish, pursue or defend claims.
      5. Data transfer – the data subject has the right to receive personal data concerning him or her that he or she provided to the administrator in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and has the right to send these personal data to another administrator without any hindrance from the Administrator, to whom this personal data was provided.
      6. Not being subject to automated decision-making (including profiling).
      7. The right to object to the processing of personal data.
        1. If the processing concerns statistical purposes or is carried out on the basis of the legitimate legal interest of the Administrator, and the objection is justified by the particular situation of the person.
    2. Any requests regarding the exercise of the above-mentioned rights should be directed to the Administrator:

      3. In person at the Administrator’s office.
    3. The Administrator provides information about the actions taken without undue delay, within one month of receiving the request. Due to important circumstances (including the number of requests or the complexity of the application), the deadline may be extended by another 2 months. However, within one month, the Administrator will inform the data subject about the reasons for the delay and extension of the deadline.
    4. A complaint may be lodged against the refusal to take action and the fee to the supervisory authority.
  10. Supervisory authority and Complaints
    1. In connection with the processing of personal data, each person has the right to lodge a complaint about the Administrator’s action or omission to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
