Minimum fat content: approximately 26.0%.
Logistics (type of packaging): Liquid and solid form / 10 kg or 20 kg packages.
Shelf life: Liquid form: maximum 4 weeks from the production date when stored in recommended conditions. Solidified form: maximum 24 months from the production date when stored under recommended conditions.
